Role Overview

As a Junior Broker at Premium Merchant Funding, you'll be at the intersection of business development and client service. You'll work directly with small and mid-market business owners to understand their funding needs, present tailored merchant funding solutions, and guide them through the application and approval process. Your role combines relationship-building, consultative sales, and operational execution—ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and helping businesses succeed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients seeking merchant funding or working capital solutions
• Conduct needs assessments to match clients with appropriate funding products and terms
• Present funding options clearly and professionally, addressing client questions and concerns
• Prepare and submit complete applications with accurate documentation to support the approval process
• Maintain organized follow-up systems and manage client communication throughout the funding lifecycle
• Build and maintain a growing network of business contacts and referral partners in the Aventura area
• Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closure
• Track pipeline metrics, sales activity, and funding outcomes as assigned
