Funding Specialist (Sales Representative) – Jerusalem

Premium Merchant Funding is recruiting a Funding Specialist (Sales Representative) to join our team in Jerusalem, Jerusalem District, Israel. This is a full-time position for someone ready to drive growth by connecting merchants with working capital solutions and building lasting client relationships.

What This Role Involves

As a Funding Specialist in our Jerusalem office, you'll bridge merchant needs and financing solutions. Your work combines consultative sales with relationship building—identifying growth opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses, explaining funding options clearly, and guiding them through the application process. You'll be the trusted advisor merchants turn to when they need capital to scale operations, manage cash flow, or seize market opportunities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify merchant prospects through prospecting, referrals, and relationship networks
• Present funding products tailored to each merchant's business model and financial stage
• Prepare and deliver clear, compelling funding proposals that address client objectives
• Guide prospects through underwriting and documentation requirements
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and follow up consistently
• Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Achieve funding targets while maintaining high service standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in financial services, merchant cash advances, business lending, or B2B sales
• Strong consultative selling ability and comfort explaining financial products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hebrew and English
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Persistence and resilience in a target-driven environment
• Understanding of small business finance and cash flow fundamentals preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Jerusalem region
