Premium Merchant Funding is seeking a driven Funding Specialist (Sales Representative) to join our team in Bet Shemesh, Jerusalem District, Israel. In this full-time role, you will identify, engage, and close funding opportunities with merchants, translating market needs into sustainable business growth.

Position Summary

As a Funding Specialist (Sales Representative) at Premium Merchant Funding, you will build and nurture relationships with merchants seeking capital solutions. You'll combine consultative selling with product expertise, qualifying prospects, presenting tailored funding packages, and driving revenue through successful deal closures. This is a direct client-facing role where your ability to understand merchant pain points and communicate value directly impacts both client success and company performance.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and outreach to merchants across your territory, generating a consistent sales pipeline
• Conduct needs analysis calls and meetings to understand merchant funding requirements and business challenges
• Present Premium Merchant Funding's funding products, terms, and processes clearly and persuasively
• Prepare proposals, handle objections, and negotiate agreements to close funding transactions
• Build long-term partnerships with key merchant accounts, identifying upsell and repeat-funding opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting on activity and closed business
• Collaborate with underwriting, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processing

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, lending, funding, or B2B business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with business owners and decision makers
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and activity
• Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort working with data and spreadsheets
• Willingness to travel locally within your territory to meet clients face-to-face
• Fluency in English; Hebrew is a strong advantage
