As a Real Estate Investment Sales Associate at Premium Merchant Funding, you'll be at the center of connecting real estate investors and professionals with innovative funding solutions tailored to their unique needs. Working in Miami's dynamic real estate market, you'll build a portfolio of clients, develop lasting partnerships, and grow revenue through consultative selling and deep product knowledge. This role combines sales execution with relationship management in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify leads within the real estate investment community in South Florida and beyond
• Present and explain Premium Merchant Funding's solutions to investors, developers, and real estate professionals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Work collaboratively with underwriting, operations, and management to move deals forward
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
• Prepare proposals, present case studies, and communicate value propositions clearly to stakeholders
• Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client needs in real estate investment

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate, alternative lending, commercial financing, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex financial solutions in plain language
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a commission-based or performance-driven environment
