Premium Merchant Funding is hiring a Sales & Business Operations Intern to support our team in Miami, Florida. This is a full-time, in-person role for someone eager to learn how merchant funding works while developing real business and sales skills.

Role Overview

As a Sales & Business Operations Intern at Premium Merchant Funding in Miami, you'll be at the intersection of sales growth and operational efficiency. You'll work directly with our team to understand how we source, qualify, and partner with small business owners seeking funding solutions. This role combines customer-facing activities with behind-the-scenes process improvement—ideal for someone curious about both sales execution and how businesses scale.

What You'll Do

• Support the sales team with prospect outreach, relationship management, and deal tracking
• Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and communication throughout the funding process
• Help analyze sales metrics, pipeline data, and operational workflows to identify efficiency improvements
• Coordinate between sales, underwriting, and fulfillment teams to keep deals moving
• Contribute to business development activities, market research, and competitive analysis
• Help maintain and update CRM systems and internal business records

Who We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, sales, finance, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets, and learning new software tools
• Genuine interest in small business financing, sales processes, or operations
