Operations Lead (Remote)

Join Prime System Solutions as an Operations Lead, reporting to our leadership team in a fully remote position. We're seeking an experienced operations professional to build and lead scalable processes that support our growing business from anywhere.

Role Overview

As our Operations Lead, you'll own the operational backbone of Prime System Solutions. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring you to design workflows, manage stakeholders across departments, and drive continuous improvement. You'll work remotely but remain deeply connected to our team, reporting directly to senior leadership and serving as a trusted advisor for how we run our business day-to-day.

Core Duties

• Design, implement, and refine operational processes that scale with company growth
• Oversee cross-functional workflows and coordinate between departments to ensure alignment
• Identify inefficiencies, measure performance against KPIs, and lead improvement initiatives
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and operational budgets within approved parameters
• Build and maintain documentation systems, SOPs, and operational runbooks
• Monitor key metrics and prepare regular reports for leadership on operational health
• Hire, onboard, and support any direct reports or operational team members as the company scales

What You Bring

• 3+ years in operations, business operations, or a similar leadership role
• Proven ability to build processes from scratch and scale them as organizations grow
• Strong data literacy and comfort using spreadsheets, analytics tools, and operational software
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving mindset in fast-moving environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with company goals
