Prime System Solutions is seeking a HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. In this full-time role, you will manage, optimise, and support our marketing technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless campaign execution and data integrity across our marketing stack.

About the Role

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll serve as the backbone of our marketing function, bridging the gap between our marketing strategy and technology execution. You'll take ownership of our HubSpot platform, streamline our marketing workflows, and drive efficiency across all marketing initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in marketing automation, data management, and operational excellence whilst collaborating with a talented marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HubSpot administration, including user access, data hygiene, and system maintenance
• Design, build, and optimise marketing automation workflows, nurture campaigns, and lead scoring models
• Oversee database integrity by implementing data governance standards and conducting regular audits
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of HubSpot processes, integrations, and best practices
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to marketing team members
• Analyse marketing performance data and generate actionable reports to guide strategic decisions
• Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business tools and third-party platforms
• Support marketing campaign planning, execution, and measurement activities

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with HubSpot administration and marketing automation fundamentals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Experience working with data management and CRM systems
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and interpreting performance metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
