About the Role

As Lead Data Analyst at Prime System Solutions in Lahore, you'll be at the centre of our data operations, transforming raw data into actionable business intelligence. This full-time position combines technical expertise with strategic thinking—you'll guide data initiatives, mentor junior team members, and partner with leadership to solve complex business challenges through analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and analytical frameworks that support business decision-making
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Create clear, compelling data visualisations and reports for stakeholders across all organisational levels
• Mentor and support junior data team members, providing guidance on analytical techniques and best practices
• Collaborate with department heads and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored insights
• Establish data quality standards and governance practices to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Stay abreast of emerging tools, methodologies, and technologies in data analytics

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional data analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior analytical role
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
• Strong grasp of statistics, data modelling, and business intelligence principles
• Proven ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Experience working with large datasets and managing data pipelines
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor team members
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (data science, mathematics, statistics, business analytics, engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent professional experience
