Security Analyst (Remote)

Prime System Solutions is recruiting a Security Analyst for a remote position based in Metro Manila, Philippines. In this full-time role, you'll identify security threats, investigate incidents, and strengthen the defenses protecting our organization's systems and data.

Role Overview

As a Security Analyst with Prime System Solutions, you'll hold a key position in our security operations. Your Responsibilities

• Monitor network and system activities to identify suspicious behavior and potential threats
• Analyze security logs, alerts, and event data to detect and assess incidents
• Investigate reported security breaches and unusual activities within our environment
• Document and report findings from security assessments and incident responses
• Support the design and implementation of security controls and improvements
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to strengthen overall system security
• Track industry security developments and evolving threat landscapes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, IT, or equivalent professional experience
• Understanding of network infrastructure, systems administration, and core security principles
• Experience using security monitoring platforms, log analyzers, or similar analytical tools
• Knowledge of security standards, frameworks, or compliance practices in your industry
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage workload independently and thrive in a remote work environment
