Role Overview
As a Technical SEO Specialist at Prime System Solutions, you will own the technical foundation of our search engine performance. Your focus will be on diagnosing site architecture issues, optimising crawlability, and implementing on-page and technical improvements that directly impact our rankings and organic traffic. You'll work closely with development and content teams to ensure our websites are built for search success from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits of websites to identify indexation, crawlability, and performance issues
- Analyse page speed, Core Web Vitals, and other ranking factors using industry-standard tools
- Optimise site structure, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and internal linking strategies
- Implement and monitor structured data markup (Schema.org) for rich snippets and enhanced search results
- Investigate and resolve crawl budget issues, duplicate content, and redirect chains
- Collaborate with developers to fix technical problems and implement SEO recommendations
- Track key performance indicators and report on the impact of technical improvements
- Stay current with Google algorithm updates and search engine guidelines
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience with SEO auditing tools such as Screaming Frog, Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web server configuration basics
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and related webmaster tools
- Knowledge of structured data, schema markup, and JSON-LD implementation
- Experience with site speed optimisation and performance metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Clear communication ability and capacity to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations
