Accounting Manager (Remote)

Prime System Solutions is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our remote team, serving our operations from the Philippines. This is a full-time opportunity to lead accounting functions with responsibility for financial accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency.

The Opportunity

As our Accounting Manager, you'll take ownership of core accounting operations, ensuring financial data integrity and supporting business decision-making through accurate reporting. You'll work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple accounting cycles, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while delivering results that directly impact company performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting reports
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintain and improve accounting procedures and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Support budget planning and variance analysis
• Manage accounting software systems and data integrity
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals

Requirements

• Proven accounting background with experience in an accounting manager or similar supervisory role
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or improvements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
