IT/AV & Network Infrastructure Specialist

Prime System Solutions is recruiting an IT/AV & Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. In this full-time role, you'll design, deploy, and maintain comprehensive IT and audio-visual infrastructure that powers our operations and client installations across the region.

About This Position

We're seeking a skilled infrastructure specialist to lead our IT and AV systems initiatives. As an IT/AV & Network Infrastructure Specialist at Prime System Solutions, you'll combine technical expertise in networking, systems administration, and professional audio-visual technology to deliver dependable solutions that support our business growth and client success. This position offers meaningful work with modern technologies and direct impact on our operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Design, install, and configure network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems
• Deploy, maintain, and upgrade audio-visual systems for conference rooms, installations, and events
• Monitor and maintain IT and AV equipment, identifying and resolving issues proactively
• Troubleshoot connectivity problems and system faults with swift technical solutions
• Create detailed system documentation, network diagrams, and infrastructure records
• Provide technical support to end-users and deliver training on IT and AV systems
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to meet specifications and project deadlines
• Implement security standards and best practices across all installations

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or audio-visual systems deployment
• Knowledge of networking protocols, cabling standards, and network design fundamentals
• Practical experience with audio-visual equipment, projection systems, and control technology
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
• Solid understanding of IT security principles and industry standards
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities
• Capacity to work independently and manage concurrent projects
• Technical qualifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or relevant AV certifications preferred
