HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist

Prime System Solutions is recruiting a HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist to join our remote team based in South Africa. This role offers the opportunity to drive marketing efficiency and platform excellence through strategic administration and optimisation of our HubSpot ecosystem.

Role Overview

You will serve as the operational backbone of our marketing function, managing our HubSpot platform to enable seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. As our HubSpot Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll configure workflows, maintain data integrity, and ensure the platform evolves with our business needs. Your work directly impacts how effectively our marketing teams engage with prospects and customers across South Africa and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Administer the HubSpot platform, including user access, permissions, custom properties, and portal settings
• Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows and lead nurture sequences
• Develop and implement lead scoring models aligned with sales and marketing objectives
• Ensure data quality and consistency across all marketing systems and integrations
• Create process documentation, playbooks, and user guides for HubSpot best practices
• Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business applications and analytics tools
• Generate reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into campaign and operational performance
• Partner with marketing, sales, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot or working in a marketing operations role
• Solid technical knowledge of HubSpot workflows, databases, custom fields, and reporting functionality
• Understanding of CRM data architecture and marketing automation principles
• Proven track record of managing integrations and third-party tool connectivity
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities independently in a remote setting
