Senior Recruiter

Prime System Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead our recruitment strategy and build high-performing teams across the organisation.

Role Overview

As Senior Recruiter at Prime System Solutions, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives for critical business functions. You'll partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements, manage the complete candidate lifecycle, and ensure we attract exceptional professionals who share our commitment to excellence. Your strategic insight will shape how we grow and develop as an organisation in the competitive Lahore and Pakistan business sector.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for multiple departments and roles
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job analysis and sourcing through final offer and onboarding
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates using diverse sourcing channels including LinkedIn, industry networks, and recruitment agencies
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate assessments aligned with role requirements
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define success criteria
• Negotiate offers and manage employment contracts with candidates
• Monitor recruitment metrics, provide reporting to senior management, and continuously improve hiring processes
• Represent Prime System Solutions at recruitment events and industry forums

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruitment role
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for diverse roles across technical, professional, and support functions
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and compliance in Pakistan
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent recruitment initiatives and meet tight deadlines
• Strategic mindset with proven ability to improve recruitment outcomes and reduce time-to-hire
