Recruitment Executive

Prime System Solutions is hiring a Recruitment Executive to join our team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan on a full-time basis. We're looking for a driven recruitment professional to build and manage our talent pipeline and help us attract exceptional candidates to our growing organisation.

Position Summary

As Recruitment Executive at Prime System Solutions, you'll take ownership of our hiring process from start to finish. You'll be responsible for identifying, screening, and placing talented candidates across our business, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and delivering quality hires that strengthen our teams. This is a full-time, office-based role based in Lahore where you'll develop your recruitment expertise and make a real impact on our company's growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Review applications and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to clarify role requirements and candidate expectations
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing the interview process from scheduling through offer stage
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain detailed records of applicants and placements
• Post job vacancies across relevant platforms and manage employer branding materials
• Support the onboarding process and gather feedback on new hires

Who We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders
• Organised, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple open positions simultaneously
• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, or other recruitment platforms
• Enthusiasm for learning recruitment best practices and staying current with industry trends
• Ability to work in an office environment in Lahore on a full-time schedule
