Sales Development Representative

Premium Merchant Funding is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to drive business development and build our pipeline of qualified merchant finance clients.

What This Role Involves

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the front of our sales process, identifying and qualifying promising leads within the merchant funding space. You'll conduct outbound prospecting, build relationships with potential clients, and hand off qualified opportunities to our sales team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to our growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and other channels to identify potential merchant finance clients
• Research prospects and craft targeted messaging that resonates with their business needs
• Qualify inbound leads and assess fit for our merchant funding solutions
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity
• Achieve consistent activity and conversion targets while building a healthy sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve qualification criteria

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
