[Job-31173] Senior/Master Fullstack Developer (Python/React), Brazil

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology organization in Brazil that is building enterprise-grade cloud platforms. We are searching for a Senior or Master Fullstack Developer who can own features from requirements through production—designing technical solutions, building backend services in Python, creating React interfaces, and supporting live systems.

You will work on complex business workflows that span APIs, integrations, async processing, and modern frontends. This role makes extensive use of AI tooling in day-to-day work, and you will be expected to apply sound engineering judgment to validate and own all output.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements, then design and implement end-to-end solutions
• Build and maintain backend services in Python and frontend applications in React
• Design REST APIs, data contracts, and integrations with external systems
• Implement resilient patterns including async processing, retries, and fault tolerance
• Contribute to the design system, reusable components, and component documentation
• Work with PostgreSQL, workflow orchestration platforms, Docker, and cloud AI services
• Write tests, follow accessibility standards, and keep interfaces maintainable
• Investigate and resolve bugs in both production and development environments
• Add observability using OpenTelemetry and monitoring tools
• Participate in infrastructure-as-code workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help raise engineering standards across the team
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design, coding, and troubleshooting while maintaining accountability for all deliverables

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Advanced English proficiency
• Hands-on production experience with both backend and frontend technologies
• Strong Python skills (production), REST API design, Docker, API Gateway, PostgreSQL
• Event-driven and async processing, message queues, workflow orchestration systems
• CI/CD automation and observability tooling experience
• React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML/CSS, responsive UI, REST integration
• Component library documentation tools, frontend testing frameworks, Git
• Infrastructure-as-code knowledge and design system experience
• Ability to translate product requirements into technical designs and working software
• Understanding of distributed systems, resilience patterns, and authentication standards (OAuth, OIDC, SSO, RBAC)
• Production troubleshooting and bug fixing experience, accessibility knowledge, clear communication skills
• Comfortable using AI as a core part of your workflow, with the judgment to validate, correct, and own all output
