About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization that is building out a new performance-focused department dedicated to ecommerce brand clients. Our talent team is searching for a CRM professional to join this innovative group remotely. In this role, you'll be the bridge between clients and internal creative teams, managing email campaigns, workflows, and the complete client onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration into systems and addressing client questions and concerns throughout the transition
• Manage email workflows for ecommerce brands, including campaign scheduling, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies to drive performance-oriented results
• Coordinate email publishing schedules, collaborating with content creators and designers to ensure timely delivery while maintaining brand consistency
• Generate and analyze performance reports covering email metrics, onboarding KPIs, and other key indicators to identify optimization opportunities
• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and clients, providing project updates, managing feedback, and ensuring alignment with goals and timelines

What We're Looking For

• Proven project management experience, preferably in CRM or client services roles, with demonstrated success in client onboarding and project delivery for ecommerce brands
• Proficiency with CRM software and email marketing platforms, including hands-on experience managing workflows, segmentation, and campaign execution
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to generate, interpret, and present reports that drive data-informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client expectations, collaborate across teams, and resolve conflicts professionally
• Exceptional organizational abilities with capacity to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
• Fluency in both English and French required
