About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential renewable energy venture seeking a Renewable Energy Design Engineer to join their founding team remotely. This is a rare 0-to-1 building opportunity backed by accomplished serial entrepreneurs with billion-euro exits.
Our client is launching cutting-edge initiatives in the renewable energy sector and needs exceptional operators who thrive in high-autonomy, high-velocity environments. You'll work directly with the department founder and a world-class team of engineers and researchers to architect scalable solutions from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in renewable energy technology
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production
- Architect scalable renewable energy solutions with complete technical ownership
- Drive critical milestones to position new initiatives for rapid growth and potential institutional backing
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to define and build category-defining products
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to remote arrangements)
- High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in renewable energy engineering
- Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives
- Experience building systems from 0 to 1 without corporate constraints
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Passion for fast execution and achieving market validation rapidly
