We are seeking ICT and Telecom professionals at multiple seniority levels to join growing teams working on telecommunications and structured cabling projects globally.

Responsibilities

You will design and document telecommunications and structured cabling infrastructure that connects buildings, campuses, and organizations. Work includes:

• Designing structured cabling systems including copper and fiber infrastructure across diverse facility types
• Producing construction documents such as floor plans, riser diagrams, details, and specification sections
• Managing outside plant infrastructure design including conduit routing, manholes, and fiber optic systems
• Working on distributed antenna systems (DAS) and public safety radio coverage solutions
• Collaborating with architects, MEP engineers, IT teams, and construction managers throughout the project lifecycle
• At senior levels: leading design decisions, mentoring junior staff, managing client relationships, and contributing to practice growth

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Experience designing structured cabling systems (copper and fiber) across multiple facility types and industries
• Familiarity with BICSI standards, TIA/EIA cabling standards, and low-voltage code requirements (NFPA 70, local codes)
• Ability to read and produce construction documents for technology systems
• Proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD for technology infrastructure documentation
• Ability to manage your own workload independently across multiple concurrent projects

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with outside plant infrastructure design
• DAS design or public safety radio systems experience (NFPA 72, IFC)
• BICSI RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) certification
• PE license (electrical preferred)
