IT Administrator

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure
• Provide technical support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems
• Monitor system performance, implement updates, and apply security patches
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to protect company data
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and diagnose technical problems
• Document IT configurations, procedures, and system changes for future reference
• Collaborate with management to assess technology needs and recommend improvements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in IT administration or a similar technical support role
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, or both)
• Competence with network management, databases, and server administration
• Experience managing user accounts and system security protocols
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
