Infrastructure (IT) Project Manager

Prime System Solutions is hiring an Infrastructure (IT) Project Manager to lead and deliver mission-critical infrastructure initiatives in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. This is a full-time, office-based role managing the planning, execution, and completion of IT infrastructure projects that support business operations and growth.

Position Summary

As an Infrastructure (IT) Project Manager at Prime System Solutions, you will oversee end-to-end infrastructure projects, from initial planning through successful deployment. You will coordinate technical teams, manage timelines and budgets, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on project management expertise to deliver reliable, scalable IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage infrastructure projects to meet defined scope, timeline, and cost targets
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Coordinate across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to align priorities and expectations
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and report status to leadership and clients
• Ensure infrastructure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements
• Document project requirements, decisions, and outcomes for future reference and process improvement
• Manage resource allocation and troubleshoot blockers that impact project delivery

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure or technology projects
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, cloud systems)
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus
