About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential AI research organization in their search for an Investment Banking Associate to work remotely. This contract role supports cutting-edge artificial intelligence development by applying deep investment banking expertise to evaluate and improve model outputs in financial domains.
This is a remote, contract position requiring a minimum four-week commitment at 10+ hours per week. Candidates must have at least 2 years of investment banking experience at top-tier firms.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the accuracy and depth of financial models to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs
- Review complex investment banking content for alignment with domain principles and methodologies
- Provide clear, structured feedback to research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance
- Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for assessing AI-generated financial tasks and solutions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving model performance
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking at top-tier firms
- Proven expertise in Financial Modeling, Pitch Decks, Investment/Analysis Summaries and Memos, or Company/Industry Analysis
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously in a remote environment
- Strong written communication skills for delivering structured feedback
- Detail-oriented approach to evaluating complex financial content
