Intern (Full time) Events Coordinator

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential boutique sports and hospitality client in Berlin. As a full-time Events Coordinator Intern, you will support the planning and execution of memorable community, corporate, and partner events that bring people together.

Event Planning & Execution:

• Assist in planning and preparing community events, corporate gatherings, and product launches
• Coordinate event logistics including timings, materials, vendors, and task lists
• Ensure event checklists, briefings, and documentation are complete and current
• Travel to support large-scale events when needed
• Participate in post-event debriefs and document learnings for future improvements
• Maintain composure during high-pressure situations and identify practical solutions
• Contribute ideas to enhance event experiences and community engagement

Operations & Quality:

• Help create and refine event standards, checklists, and processes
• Coordinate collaboration between internal teams and external service providers
• Ensure events are delivered professionally and align with brand standards
• Support event evaluation and help identify opportunities for improvement

What We're Looking For

Education & Availability:

• Currently pursuing or completed studies in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
• Available full-time, 40 hours per week
• Fluent in both German and English
