Product Management Intern

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential recommerce technology company with operations across Southeast Asia. They are seeking a Product Management Intern based in Indonesia to support their product team in delivering features that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in breaking into product management within a fast-paced technology environment. You'll work alongside experienced product managers, engineers, and designers to learn the full product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering by collaborating with stakeholders including users, internal teams, and external partners to collect feedback and translate them into clear product requirements
• Provide operational and administrative support by handling stakeholder inquiries from product operations and customer support teams, identifying issues and improvement opportunities
• Assist in driving development sprints by working closely with engineering and design teams, preparing user stories, test cases, and release notes
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration with operations, marketing, engineering, and customer support teams to support product launches and track issues
• Help conduct usability tests, gather user feedback, and compile insights to improve platform usability and customer satisfaction
• Monitor key product metrics, perform basic data analysis, and prepare reports to support product decision-making
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the product roadmap by documenting feature ideas, enhancements, and user feedback
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor products, summarizing findings to identify areas of differentiation

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in product management, technology, e-commerce, or user experience
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
• Curious, self-driven, proactive personality with willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of product workflows including requirements, wireframes, and QA is a plus
• Experience with Figma, diagramming tools, or prototyping tools is a plus but not required
• Passion for the recommerce and e-commerce industry is a strong advantage
