About the Role

As Senior Director of Infrastructure & Capital Projects specializing in Energy Compliance Consulting, you'll lead high-impact advisory and delivery engagements that help energy and utility organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes, optimize capital project investments, and achieve operational excellence. You'll work with C-suite clients to shape infrastructure strategy, manage large-scale project portfolios, and ensure compliance with evolving federal and state energy regulations.

What You'll Do

• Direct client relationships and lead teams on infrastructure and capital projects focused on energy sector compliance
• Develop strategic roadmaps for energy compliance, regulatory risk mitigation, and infrastructure modernization
• Manage complex project delivery, including feasibility studies, business case development, and implementation oversight
• Advise on regulatory requirements, grid modernization, emissions standards, and renewable energy integration
• Build and mentor high-performing teams of consultants, engineers, and subject matter experts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy infrastructure market
• Collaborate across Accenture practices to deliver integrated solutions combining technology, strategy, and operations

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, capital projects, energy consulting, or related fields
• 10+ years in a leadership or senior advisory role, preferably managing client-facing engagements
• Deep knowledge of energy sector regulations, compliance frameworks, and capital project delivery
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-million-dollar engagements
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, energy management, or related discipline
• Professional certifications in project management, compliance, or energy sector preferred
