Senior Director, Experiential Producer

United Entertainment Group is seeking a Senior Director, Experiential Producer to lead the creation and execution of memorable brand experiences in New York City. This is a full-time leadership position where you'll drive strategy and delivery of high-impact experiential marketing initiatives, shaping how audiences connect with our clients' brands across events, activations, and immersive environments.

About the Role

You'll serve as a key strategic leader in our experiential production division, overseeing end-to-end development of branded experiences that engage audiences and drive business results. This is a hands-on leadership position where creative vision meets operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead the strategy, creative direction, and production management of experiential campaigns and brand activations
• Partner with major clients across entertainment and consumer brands to understand their objectives and translate them into compelling experiences
• Oversee production teams, vendors, and creative partners to ensure flawless execution of events and activations
• Manage budgets and timelines, delivering complex experiences on schedule and on budget
• Develop innovative concepts that push boundaries and create lasting impressions with target audiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account, creative, and logistics teams to bring experiences to life

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in experiential marketing, event production, or brand activation, with a proven track record of successfully leading major initiatives
• Senior leadership experience managing teams and budgets in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
• Proven ability to develop innovative, on-brand experiences that achieve measurable business goals
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients, teams, and partners
• Based in or relocating to New York City
