Influencer and Creator Partnerships Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential ecommerce client in the anime and collectibles space. They need an experienced Influencer and Creator Partnerships Manager to own their creator program from end to end—sourcing talent, managing campaigns, negotiating deliverables, and turning strong content into paid media opportunities. This is a fully remote role open to candidates in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Own the influencer and creator program from sourcing through content delivery and performance reporting
• Source and qualify anime, gaming, fashion, and lifestyle creators based on brand fit, audience quality, engagement, and content standards
• Negotiate partnership terms including rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights, ensuring all agreements are documented
• Brief creators on product launches so content is delivered on schedule and aligns with messaging
• Manage gifting and seeding programs and maintain ongoing creator relationships
• Review creator content for brand fit and quality before publication
• Convert high-performing creator content into paid advertising opportunities, including whitelisting and partnership ads on Meta and TikTok
• Build and maintain the creator database, outreach templates, creative briefs, and performance reports
• Develop an ambassador roster of repeat partners and grow the network through trusted referrals

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• Proven influencer or creator marketing experience, with a program you personally ran for an ecommerce brand
• Hands-on experience negotiating deals and managing deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
• Experience turning creator content into paid ads through whitelisting or partnership ads (Meta partnership ads, TikTok Spark Ads, or similar)
• Proficiency with an influencer CRM or campaign tracking tool such as GRIN, Social Snowball, or comparable platforms
• Shopify experience
• Genuine anime knowledge and familiarity with fandom communities
• Written and spoken English at C2 level (this is a hard requirement)

Nice to have:

• Experience with tracked links and discount codes for measuring creator performance
• An existing network of anime, gaming, or collector creators you can activate quickly
• Comfort reading performance data and adjusting strategy based on results

Role Details and Pay

This is a fully remote, full-time position (40 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. The role is open to candidates based in the Philippines. Our client has indicated this is a long-term role with full-time potential.
