Mid-Market Account Executive

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Mid-Market Account Executive. This is a fully remote position based in the United States, offering significant growth potential in one of their fastest-expanding sales segments.

Our client provides technology platforms that serve nearly 100,000 customers across transportation, logistics, construction, field service, and related industries. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll drive new business with companies operating mid-sized fleets, owning the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract signature.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition while meeting or exceeding monthly revenue quotas
• Lead all aspects of the full sales cycle including prospecting, campaign development, discovery, qualification, negotiation, and closing
• Maintain high-volume outbound lead generation through cold calling and strategic outreach, consistently hitting KPI metrics
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and trial management to understand prospect business challenges and goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and related departments
• Deliver accurate sales forecasting with consistent attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent SaaS closing experience required
• 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, with SaaS experience preferred
• Proven track record of quota achievement in new business, outbound sales environments
• Experience partnering with Sales Engineers, SDRs, and managing trial processes is a plus
• Self-starter comfortable in fast-paced environments with demonstrated ability to learn quickly and solve problems creatively
• Strong ownership attitude covering all stages from prospecting through closing
• Growth mindset with extreme curiosity about products, industry trends, and customer businesses
• "Do What It Takes" mentality with proactive initiative to drive innovative solutions
• Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations

Pay via Get A Job.ai will be discussed during the screening process and is competitive with market rates for Mid-Market Account Executive roles with this experience level. The position includes base salary, on-target earnings structure, uncapped commissions, and equity participation.
