Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for an in-home healthcare position in Sprinkle, Travis County. This is a part-time, PRN night shift role providing high-acuity care for a specialized client in the Austin area.

About This In-Home Healthcare LVN Role

This position offers the flexibility of PRN staffing while delivering skilled nursing care to a high-acuity patient in their home. You'll work nights on a Thursday evening-to-morning schedule (7 PM to 7 AM), providing direct care and support in a one-on-one setting with a young client who requires specialized attention.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver skilled nursing care to a high-acuity patient with complex medical needs
  • Monitor vital signs and clinical condition throughout night shifts
  • Administer medications and prescribed treatments
  • Document care activities and maintain accurate patient records
  • Communicate patient updates to the healthcare team
  • Provide compassionate, individualized care in the home environment

What We're Looking For

  • Active, current Texas LVN license
  • Experience with high-acuity home healthcare preferred
  • Ability to work nights and manage PRN flexibility
  • Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
  • Excellent communication and patient care abilities
  • Reliable transportation for in-home patient visits
