Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

LifeStance Health is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver compassionate mental health services in Deerfield, Dane County, on a part-time basis. About the Role

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW), you'll provide direct clinical care to individuals, couples, and families facing emotional and relational challenges. The part-time schedule allows you to build a sustainable practice while making a measurable difference in patient lives across the Deerfield area.

What You'll Do

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based approaches
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, and life transitions
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with healthcare and licensure standards
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and care coordinators to provide integrated mental health support
• Track therapeutic progress, modify interventions as indicated, and communicate outcomes with clinical teams
• Uphold ethical and professional standards while serving diverse patient populations with cultural sensitivity

What We're Looking For

• Current Wisconsin licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent clinical mental health credential
• Demonstrated clinical competency in individual, couples, and family psychotherapy
• Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities
• Professional communication skills and genuine commitment to patient outcomes
• Experience working within collaborative healthcare or multidisciplinary team settings
• Reliability and flexibility in a part-time role
