BAKER (FULL TIME)

This is a full-time baking position based in Springfield, Greene County. You'll work on-site and be part of Compass Group, North America, one of the leading food service and support services companies. The role offers immediate opportunities for qualified candidates with baking experience. Your schedule is full-time with flexible hours; specific days and times will be discussed during the interview process.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake fresh breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
• Manage baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent product quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized baking station and storage areas
• Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate restocking needs to supervisors
• Collaborate with kitchen and food service staff to meet daily production goals
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations and company procedures

• Prior baking experience preferred
