Old Forester Distillery in Strathmoor Manor, Jefferson County is hiring a full-time Guest Services Team Member I to be the welcoming face of our distillery and ensure every visitor has an exceptional experience exploring our bourbon heritage and craftsmanship.

About the Role

As a Guest Services Team Member I at Old Forester Distillery, you'll be at the heart of our visitor experience. You'll welcome guests from across the globe, guide them through our facilities, and share the rich stories behind our renowned bourbon brands. This is a customer-facing position where your enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail directly shape how visitors remember Old Forester.

What You'll Do

• Conduct engaging distillery tours highlighting our production process, brand heritage, and bourbon craftsmanship
• Welcome and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and positive first impression
• Answer guest questions about our spirits products, tasting profiles, and the distillery experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe guest environment throughout the facility
• Process payments and assist with merchandise sales at the distillery shop
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality to every guest
• Address guest concerns and inquiries with professionalism and genuine care

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing roles
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking to groups
• Genuine interest in bourbon, spirits, or hospitality (product training provided)
• Dependable and punctual; ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the distillery
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old due to the nature of a spirits facility
