HR Management Intern / Working Student (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a growing technology organization in München, is seeking an HR Management Intern / Working Student to support their people operations team. In this role, you will:

• Support the HR team with day-to-day operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract modifications, and offboarding processes
• Collaborate on the development and digitization of HR processes and digital personnel filing systems
• Help streamline workflows to make them more efficient, transparent, user-friendly, and scalable
• Capture and organize HR-related data within digital HR management tools in a structured manner
• Take ownership of smaller independent projects such as analyzing employee surveys, coordinating training sessions, organizing internal events, and reviewing benefit programs

What We're Looking For

We are representing our client in the search for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled as a student in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Labor Law, or a comparable degree program
• Strong interest in people operations, employee experience, and digital transformation in HR
• Ideally, some initial practical experience in HR through internships, working student positions, or student initiatives
• Structured, careful, and reliable working style with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
• Responsible and discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; prior experience with HR management systems such as Personio or similar platforms is a plus
• Comfortable using AI tools while maintaining critical evaluation of results
• Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
