Tech Advisory Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting organization seeking a Senior Consultant for their Tech Advisory practice in München. In this role, you will lead complex transformation projects that bridge business strategy, technology, and organizational change.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Guiding clients through digital and organizational transformation initiatives, from strategy development to operational implementation
• Serving as the interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, gathering requirements and ensuring alignment on project objectives
• Managing projects and sub-projects independently, including planning, coordination, and delivery with a focus on sustainable outcomes
• Applying agile methodologies and taking on key roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner within project teams
• Designing and supporting change management processes, including stakeholder engagement and implementation support
• Analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities and developing digitally-enabled solutions
• Preparing executive-level analyses, reports, and presentations for decision-makers and steering committees

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings both technical acumen and transformation expertise:

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in management consulting or transformation/digitalization projects
• Certification in agile project management (Scrum Master or Product Owner preferred) with hands-on experience applying agile methodologies
• Strong technological understanding, particularly the ability to translate modern technologies (Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity) into scalable IT architectures and digital platforms
• Proven project management expertise, including planning, steering, and stakeholder communication
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and ensuring sustainable implementation through structured change management
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel), along with strong presentation and communication abilities
• High degree of initiative, teamwork orientation, and customer focus
• Fluency in both German and English (minimum C1 level in both languages)
