Home-Based Product Enablement Data Entry Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential promotional products organization seeking a Home-Based Product Enablement Data Entry Specialist in the Philippines. Our talent team is looking for a detail-oriented professional to support ecommerce product data management across multiple platforms including NetSuite, BigCommerce, and related internal systems.

This is a permanent work-from-home position working US Eastern Time hours (8:45 AM to 5:15 PM EST, Monday through Friday).

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and maintain product data in NetSuite, spreadsheets, and related product enablement tools
• Prepare and update bulk product upload templates, ensuring all required fields are completed accurately before submission
• Support new product setup workflows including variant data, imprint information, pricing fields, product attributes, categorization, weights, MOQ, setup charges, and production lead times
• Review project tickets and internal requests to gather required product setup information
• Validate product data against source files, tickets, SOPs, and system requirements
• Assist with product enrichment workflows, including preparing import-ready CSV files and coordinating data for product images and website enablement
• Flag incomplete, inconsistent, or missing data to appropriate team members
• Organize and maintain product setup files in designated SharePoint folders
• Perform post-upload audits to verify product data accuracy across systems and website
• Follow documented SOPs for product setup, data cleanup, and frontend website audits
• Communicate clearly on task completion and escalate discrepancies when needed

What We're Looking For

Education: College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

Experience: 1 to 3 years in data entry, ecommerce operations, product data management, administrative support, catalog management, or similar detail-oriented roles

Core Competencies:

• Highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English
• Excellent organizational and task coordination abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Above-average typing and data entry skills
• Comfortable working independently under tight deadlines
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time (US operating hours)

Technical Skills:

• Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar document management tools
• Familiarity with NetSuite, BigCommerce, and project management platforms like Jira
• Strong spreadsheet skills including sorting, filtering, and data validation
• Understanding of ecommerce product data including SKUs, variants, categories, weights, MOQs, and vendor information
• Experience supporting product onboarding, enrichment, or catalog data cleanup preferred

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: PHP 40,000 to PHP 45,000 per month
