Experienced CRA – Sweden

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential clinical research organization seeking an Experienced CRA based in Sweden. In this role, you will perform monitoring and site management activities to ensure study sites conduct trials in accordance with protocol requirements, applicable regulations, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Conduct site monitoring visits including selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits in compliance with Good Clinical Practice standards
• Collaborate with sites to develop, implement, and track subject recruitment plans aligned with project timelines
• Deliver protocol training to assigned sites and maintain regular communication to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Evaluate site practices for quality and protocol adherence, escalating quality concerns as needed
• Track study progress including regulatory submissions, enrollment metrics, case report form completion, and data query resolution
• Ensure Trial Master File and Investigator Site File documentation meets GCP and local regulatory requirements
• Prepare comprehensive visit reports, follow-up correspondence, and other required study documentation
• Coordinate with cross-functional study team members for project execution support
• Manage site financial obligations per clinical trial agreements and process invoices according to local requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of on-site monitoring experience in clinical research
• Strong knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements including Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and mobile technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong command of English
• Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective time management and financial management skills
• Ability to build productive working relationships with colleagues, management, and client sites
• Home-based position in Stockholm, Sweden
