Head of Partner Marketing

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking their first Head of Partner Marketing in Paris. This is a rare opportunity to build a global partner marketing function from the ground up at a high-growth enterprise focused on frontier AI solutions. You'll define how the organization positions, activates, and scales partnerships across independent software vendors, system integrators, and cloud alliances.

Our client works with enterprises in finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector. As their inaugural partner marketing leader, you'll establish a world-class ecosystem marketing engine that drives measurable revenue impact and joint go-to-market success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified global partner marketing strategy across ISVs, system integrators, and cloud alliances with clear segmentation and value propositions
• Design and launch tiered co-marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and influence for priority partners
• Create and operationalize scalable partner marketing frameworks, including shared messaging, campaign assets, playbooks, and performance tracking systems
• Lead joint customer storytelling initiatives, including case studies and narratives that showcase technology integration and customer value
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Partner, Sales, Business Development, and Product GTM teams to align partner initiatives with growth priorities
• Establish and track partner marketing performance metrics including influenced pipeline, activation rates, and ecosystem share of voice
• Communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders across partner organizations and internal leadership

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on partner, alliance, or ecosystem leadership in enterprise or AI technology environments
• Deep understanding of the modern AI technology stack and ecosystem dynamics across hyperscalers, model providers, and open-source platforms
• Proven track record leading global partner or ecosystem marketing in high-growth enterprise or AI-native organizations
• Strong GTM and partner marketing strategy skills with a data-driven approach to pipeline influence, campaign ROI, and partner engagement metrics
• Skilled in cross-functional orchestration and C-level communication across Product, Business Development, and Marketing teams
• Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and changing priorities
• Willingness to travel approximately 25-40% of the time
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris
