Hausmeister (m/w/d) Potsdam

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential property management organization in Potsdam seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician (m/w/d). In this role, you will perform maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on buildings and technical systems. You will monitor the proper operation of building technology and resolve issues independently. You will coordinate external service providers for larger projects and ensure quality execution. Regular inspection rounds, care of outdoor areas including winter service, and maintaining order throughout the property are key duties. You will also document work performed, report maintenance needs, and support technical property management.

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training in a technical trade such as HVAC mechanics, electrical systems for energy and building technology, or comparable qualification
• Previous professional experience as a facility maintenance technician, building technician, facility manager, or similar role
• Independent, structured work style with strong service and customer orientation
• Basic IT skills, particularly with MS Office
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Team player with strong communication skills
