We are representing a confidential AI technology company in a search for a Growth Marketing professional. Our client is building developer tools used by over a million engineers globally, and they need someone to architect and scale their growth engine. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and product—using automation and AI to reach the next wave of technical users.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy position where you'll build systems, not just campaigns. If you're technical enough to ship your own ideas and obsessed with removing manual friction, we'd like to speak with you.

Responsibilities

• Build AI Automations: Design and deploy AI-driven workflows to automate lead qualification, content distribution, and personalized outreach using LLMs and modern automation tools
• Own Website Performance: Treat the company website as a product—own experiments, conversion paths, and optimization to drive measurable growth
• GTM Engineering: Build technical infrastructure connecting marketing systems—APIs, webhooks, custom scrapers, and integrations that turn ideas into execution
• Lifecycle Marketing: Design end-to-end user journeys using email flows, in-app triggers, and retention loops to convert first-time users into advocates
• Analytics & Integration: Stitch together the marketing stack, manage data pipelines, and ensure full-funnel visibility from first touch to closed-won
• Act as a Generalist: Work across Sales, Product, and Marketing on viral launches, programmatic SEO, and experimental growth strategies—thrive on variety and autonomy
• Take Ownership: Own both the infrastructure you build and the outcomes it produces

What We're Looking For

• Technical Generalist: You can navigate a modern tech stack and ship your own tools without waiting for engineering support
• Automation Expertise: Deep experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Clay, and OpenAI API—you love removing manual friction
• Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytics skills with tools like PostHog, Segment, or Hex—you prove campaign performance with data, not intuition
• Growth Mindset: You understand growth as a series of experiments—ship quickly, measure results, and iterate or kill based on performance
• Product Thinking: You understand B2B and developer audiences—you know marketing to technical users means being helpful, technical, and providing immediate value
• Ownership Mentality: You take end-to-end accountability and have a bias toward action
