Growth Consultant (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing AI-native go-to-market agency in the DACH region. Our client works with over 200 B2B technology companies and has experienced significant growth since launching. As a Growth Consultant, you'll work directly with C-level executives and decision-makers, managing key client relationships and driving long-term success.

This role is based in Berlin and focuses on strategic consulting rather than extensive presentations or formal alignment processes. You'll work in a lean, pragmatic environment where quick decision-making and clear accountability are valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, guiding them through the entire engagement lifecycle
• Manage and develop long-term client accounts across platforms including Google and LinkedIn
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during new account setup and expansion
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and develop solutions to advance client objectives
• Maintain strategic oversight of client development and account performance

What We're Looking For

• Solid professional experience in go-to-market or growth roles, preferably within an agency or startup environment
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency
• Strong analytical capabilities with deep understanding of complex business models and market structures
• Confident communication style, intellectual curiosity, and innovative thinking
• Preferred: Experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, particularly in B2B lead generation
• Ability to quickly grasp complex relationships, set priorities, and prepare decision frameworks
