Group Product Manager, Regulatory Finance

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Group Product Manager to lead regulatory and compliance technology initiatives in London. In this role, you will partner with legal, finance, engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions across multiple international markets.

You will define the long-term product strategy for compliance infrastructure, including internal tools, APIs, and automation for regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, and audit readiness. Leading a team of senior Product Managers, you will guide their work across multiple roadmaps and domains, solving critical regulatory and financial compliance challenges.

Working closely with licensing, tax, legal, and finance stakeholders, you will stay ahead of evolving regulatory landscapes and ensure the organization builds proactive solutions that meet both current and future compliance needs.

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of EU regulatory frameworks including AML/CTF, KYC and KYB, payments regulations, tax regulations, invoicing and e-invoicing systems
• Proven experience translating legal and regulatory requirements into practical product designs
• Leadership experience managing Product Managers or Product Leads, including setting strategic direction, coaching individuals, and aligning senior stakeholders
• High degree of technical and analytical fluency, comfortable working with APIs, data models, audits, and reporting workflows
• Familiarity with financial services infrastructure such as KYC/KYB and AML systems, licensing processes, scalable invoicing platforms including e-invoicing, and core banking platforms
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing executives and cross-functional teams across legal, finance, and engineering
• Track record of operating in high-ambiguity environments, navigating risk, and delivering product impact with incomplete information
• 8–12 years of overall Product Management experience, with significant time dedicated to fintech or financial services
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
