About This Position

The Links Experience seeks an experienced Golf Course Supervisor to manage all aspects of the course's day-to-day operations whilst leading and developing a committed team. In this pivotal supervisory role, you will work closely with management to ensure the course maintains exceptional standards whilst delivering an outstanding experience for all players. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining course quality, managing personnel, and fostering a collaborative culture among your team members.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily golf course maintenance and presentation to the highest standards
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve operational excellence
• Manage course personnel schedules, assignments, and performance
• Liaise with management on budget requirements and operational priorities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor and maintain equipment and grounds infrastructure
• Address member and guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Contribute to continuous improvement of course operations and services

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or team leader experience in golf course management or similar hospitality/grounds environment
• Strong knowledge of golf course operations and maintenance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant systems and record-keeping practices
• Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental best practices
• Professional communication and customer service orientation
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required
