Position Summary
As a Travel Cath Lab Technologist with Patterns Hiring, you'll deliver specialized cardiac care in a fast-paced catheterization laboratory environment. Working 36 hours per week on day shifts with 12-hour rotations, you'll supervise nursing care and partner directly with physicians to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and coordinate cardiac patient care under physician direction
- Operate and maintain catheterization laboratory equipment with precision and safety compliance
- Prepare patients for cardiac procedures and assist during catheterizations and interventions
- Monitor patient vital signs, hemodynamics, and clinical status throughout procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and comprehensive procedure documentation
- Collaborate with the cardiac care team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and patient safety
What We're Looking For
- Current certification as a Registered Cardiac Catheterization Technologist (RCCT) or equivalent credentials
- Active catheterization laboratory experience with proven clinical competency
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered care orientation
- Excellent communication and interprofessional teamwork abilities
- Adaptability and flexibility in diverse healthcare environments
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
