About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential public sector organization in the Île-de-France region that requires an IT Application Manager to join their administrative, financial, and IT service team. This is a 6-month fixed-term position based in Montreuil, with regular travel to Cergy and occasional visits to Olivet.

Our client operates across multiple regional sites and manages complex information systems supporting mission-critical payment and administrative operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, providing user support, and contributing to data analysis and reporting functions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper functioning of information systems across multiple sites (Montreuil, Cergy, and Olivet in backup capacity)
• Implement and enforce information security policies, serving as the local relay for security standards
• Manage IT and telecommunications equipment inventory from installation through decommissioning
• Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot incidents, and customize work environments
• Accompany users through digital and technological transitions
• Audit and control workstation and local network configurations
• Contribute to structuring the shared IT server infrastructure
• Produce dashboards and reports following established data standards and presentation norms
• Design qualitative and quantitative tracking indicators across multiple operational domains
• Generate statistical reports for internal services, state departments, and partners
• Manage inventory of IT consumables and office supplies for the Montreuil site
• Maintain furniture inventory tracking and coordinate with facilities management for logistics interventions

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Minimum BAC-level education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
• Advanced proficiency with data processing and analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
• Understanding of information systems and data models/data warehouse concepts
• Knowledge of workstation and office automation environments
• Familiarity with Information Systems Security principles

Language: This position requires fluency in French, as you will be supporting French-speaking users and producing documentation in French.
