About This Position

As General Manager of our Reading, PA Domino's, you'll oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations at the 2844 Penn Ave. location. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for the store's success, from product quality to profitability. You'll be the key decision-maker for your team, the face of the restaurant to customers, and the driving force behind consistent delivery of our brand promise in the Reading community.

Core Duties

• Lead, recruit, train, and develop a team of delivery drivers, in-store staff, and support personnel
• Maintain strict food safety, quality control, and brand compliance standards across all operations
• Manage daily scheduling, payroll, and workforce planning to optimize coverage and service
• Monitor inventory management, procurement, and food cost control to maximize profitability
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and respond to customer feedback and concerns
• Oversee delivery operations, dispatch coordination, and on-time performance metrics
• Implement marketing initiatives and community engagement programs to build customer loyalty
• Track sales performance, financial metrics, and manage budgets for the location
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and employment regulations

Who We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience managing restaurant, retail, or food service operations
• Strong understanding of food safety protocols and quality assurance practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Solid financial acumen and experience managing P&L statements and budgets
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure
