About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobility services organization seeking a Fleet Operations Manager (m/w/d) for their Aachen location. Our client operates a dynamic fleet operation where customer service meets operational excellence. This leadership role combines hands-on coordination with team management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operational workflows related to fleet vehicles, from preparation through customer return
• Provide hands-on support with vehicle preparation and servicing alongside your team
• Lead, train, and motivate team members through coaching and active development initiatives
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections upon return, document any issues, and coordinate resolution with headquarters and service partners
• Perform minor repairs directly and coordinate external specialists for larger maintenance needs
• Ensure consistent adherence to quality and safety standards across all operations
• Participate in and contribute to team training programs

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training, ideally in vehicle rental, tourism, or a related field
• Strong service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations
• Exceptional organizational skills, solution-focused approach, and positive attitude
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to guide and develop team members

Pay

The compensation range for this position is €34,000 to €36,000 gross annual salary, paid through Get A Job.ai. Your exact placement within this range will be determined based on your specific experience and qualifications during the interview process.
