About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing mobility and travel company in Aachen, Germany. Our client operates a modern fleet and provides exceptional customer experiences across multiple European locations. We are seeking a Station Specialist to join their frontline team and deliver outstanding service to international travelers.

This is a full-time, hands-on role where you will be the face of the operation—welcoming customers, managing vehicle handovers, and ensuring every detail is perfect before travelers begin their journeys.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm during vehicle pickup and return, creating memorable first and last impressions
• Conduct thorough vehicle orientations and handovers, explaining features and functionality in person
• Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, maintaining high presentation standards
• Support daily station operations and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow
• Help customers start their travels with confidence and address any questions during the handover process

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on mentality with willingness to tackle physical tasks and vehicle preparation work
• Customer service experience preferred, ideally in hospitality, travel, or operations
• Valid Class B driver's license (German or EU equivalent)
• Strong German and English language skills for communication with international customers
• Team-oriented approach with positive energy and reliability
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with seasonal demand fluctuations

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €32,000–€32,400 per year gross. Your exact placement within this range will be determined based on your experience and skills during the interview process. Annual salary reviews are standard.
