About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential clean energy organization in their search for a working student to support venture development initiatives. This is an opportunity to contribute to operational excellence in a fast-scaling environment where energy solutions reach thousands of households daily.

Our client operates at the intersection of renewable energy technology and rapid growth, requiring structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration to maintain momentum.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational challenges across the sales-to-delivery process in a hypergrowth environment, analyze root causes, and develop pragmatic, scalable solutions with stakeholders
• Work closely with sales, operations, and adjacent teams to prioritize bottlenecks by impact and drive implementation of concrete improvements (standards, playbooks, interfaces, KPI logic)
• Support strategic initiatives focused on improving processes, structures, and operational performance to enable sustainable scaling
• Develop enablement assets with focus on scalability and consistency (messaging, guidelines, value propositions, customer communications) and ensure team adoption
• Automate and simplify processes using tooling and workflows, reducing manual steps while improving throughput times and data quality
• Build knowledge management and documentation structures for a growing team, create analyses, reports, and materials for internal and external alignment

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in an advanced Bachelor's program (Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or comparable) or Master's program
• Enthusiasm for the energy transition and hypergrowth startup environments
• Strong organizational skills with ability to structure complex situations and translate them into concrete next steps
• Independent, pragmatic, solution-oriented working style with willingness to take ownership of defined areas
• Confident communication with diverse stakeholders, enjoyment of customer contact, and ability to convey information clearly and professionally
• Previous experience in startups and/or companies in scaling phase
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency
