Project Manager & Functional Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is transforming enterprise automation through advanced AI technology. Our client operates across 40+ countries and serves hundreds of enterprise customers globally. They are seeking a Project Manager & Functional Consultant to join their growing team in Germany.

This is a full-time position based remotely in Germany or Austria, with regular collaboration opportunities at the company's central European headquarters. Monthly visits are encouraged and financially supported to maintain strong team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise automation solutions, ensuring successful delivery and high customer satisfaction
• Design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business objectives
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure smooth integration with existing systems
• Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize automation outcomes and realize full platform potential
• Partner with sales teams to develop implementation plans aligned with customer requirements and drive product adoption
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for continuous platform improvement
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management
• Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and managing diverse stakeholder groups
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Fluent in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities and confidence presenting to native speakers
• Ownership mentality and ability to take initiative, driving results independently
• Comfort managing ambiguity and adapting when priorities shift
• Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and apply feedback
• Systematic problem-solving approach using logic and evidence-based decision making
• Customer-first orientation focused on business outcomes and user value

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS platforms
• Hands-on knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
